‘Discoveries’: Psychoeducation and Support Group for Female Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse Now Available at CRCC

CRCC are currently accepting expressions of interest for our next group starting in May 2024.

'Discoveries'

‘Discoveries’ is a semi-structured support and psychoeducation group program for women aged 18+ who are survivors of childhood sexual abuse. The focus of the group is on the impacts and effects of the abuse, and ways of coping. Some of the topics discussed include trust, self-blame, and building relationships. Participation is FREE of charge.

Our next Discoveries group is scheduled to start on 8th May. It will run for 8 consecutive weeks on Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 8pm.

Important notes:

A successful pre-group interview is required prior to admission into the program.

Registration is on a first come first served basis, and a waiting list will be established for future groups.

If you are interested in the group program but your availability is preventing you from attending, please register your interest with us anyway. We are accepting expressions of interest for future groups as well (including day time options).

For more information and to register your interest please contact us on 02 6247 2525, or complete the contact form below, and a member of our team will reach out to you.
