You don’t need a referral. You don’t need to have reported anything. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to say.
When you call, a trained counsellor will answer, will listen, will believe and will provide support, whatever that looks like for you.
Every CRCC service starts with a single phone call.
Whether you are looking for immediate support, confidential counselling, advocacy through the justice system, or if you are not sure what support you need or want – the crisis line is the place to begin.
From there, we will connect you with the right service for your situation.
Confidential support when you need, provided confidentially, over the phone, 7 days a week, for anyone impacted by sexual violence
Ongoing, trauma-informed, specialised counselling for victim-survivors and those who support them
Specialist support for male-identifying victim-survivors aged 16 and over
Specialist training for schools, community organisations, health professionals, and workplaces on recognising, responding to, and preventing sexual violence
Independent advocacy to help you navigate justice, health, and other support service needs
