Every workplace has a responsibility to protect the psychological safety and wellbeing of its people. Understanding how to recognise and respond to disclosures of sexual violence is a critical part of building a psychologically safe workplace, and a legal obligation under work health and safety legislation.

CRCC delivers specialist training for corporate and government workplaces, equipping leaders, managers, and teams with the skills and confidence to respond to disclosures in a trauma-informed, survivor-centred way. Our training supports organisations to meet their psychosocial safety obligations while building a culture of trust and care.

Available Workshops

This interactive session equips attendees to provide supportive, appropriate responses to disclosures of sexual violence. Participants will develop an understanding of the prevalence and impacts of sexual violence, learn to recognise and challenge unconscious biases, and build practical skills and considerations for the management of risk.

This training focuses on communication skills and trauma-informed, survivor-centred responses drawing on the World Health Organisation’s LIVES Framework for responding to survivors of sexual violence.
